Our Mission
The Fairfield Young Professionals (FYP) is an organization that promotes personal and professional development allowing members to interact socially, exchange ideas, share common interests, and build a better community. It serves as an avenue to equip young professionals who live and/or work in Jefferson County with networking, educational, social, and community minded opportunities. It is our goal to engage Fairfield’s Young Professionals and benefit our community by recruiting and retaining diverse young talent.
